I returned part of the product and still have not been credited. When I ordered it should have stated that it was left hand threads, because I needed two parts, left and right hand threads. So I ordered two of the same parts not knowing and then after the parts came did I realize I needed this. So I have returned the un-used part for a refund which was very simple, but still haven't gotten my refund
The fast service and shipping and availability of the item I ordered... I had waited 10 weeks for an identical item and it stayed backlogged from a different supplier who stated they could not get the item... yet your site had it on hand ...
