Skickade in en mousetrapper för reparation. De skrev att det skulle ta 2-3 dagar. 3 dagar efter att varan inkommit till deras ombud (skickade spårbart) så kontaktade jag deras kundtjänst. De sa att de inte kunde hämta varan förrän de fått en avi. Upplyste deras kundtjänst att de visst kunde hämta varan eftersom jag givit dem spårningsnumret. Dagen efter hade de fortfarande inte hämtat varan och jag sa då att ni har sagt 2-3 dagar. Fick svaret att 2-3 dagar är när de fått varan och att de skulle hämta det dagen efter. Så de lät paketet ligga hos ombud i 5 dagar innan det hämtades trots att de fick spårningsnumret. Fick ingen ursäkt heller. Väldig tråkigt attityd från detta företag så nästa gång kör jag en Rollermouse. Lösning: Först ta en kurs hur man bemöter kunder på ett trevligt sätt. De hade så lätt kunnat lösa situationen genom att tacka för spårningslänken och upplyst mig när de hade tid att hämta hos ombud. Istället för att jag skulle behöva höra av mig flera dagar på raken. Det enda positiva är att jag fick varan tillbaka inom 3 dagar från att de hämtades från ombud.

I've been using the Mousetrapper for around nine months now. It's portable, easy to use, connects to 4 devices and above all helps reduce arm or neck pain from keyboard and mouse work. I love the fact you can try before you buy, not often that's a genuine offer. The team are very helpful too. In my case I've kept my Mousetrapper Advance 2.0, as it's simply a brilliant bit of kit. I've tried many ergonomic mouse solutions over the years, including a desk front style one and this is definitely one of the best. Personally, I'm now a total convert and happy and comfortable working as I am.

Super oplevelse. God service fra sælger og skulle nogen være i tvivl om, at en mousetrapper er en god investering, så kan jeg kun sige, at den virker. Jeg har efterhånden slidt et par stykker op, og hver gang prøver jeg at leve foruden og inden der er gået et par uger har jeg ondt i skulderen og ned i armen. J'ai acheté le Mousetrapper Alpha et je l'utilise depuis quelques jours avec une entière satisfaction. Il permet bien entendu de rester droit et uni devant l'écran. L'expérience avec le pavé de commande est vraiment géniale, le toucher est bien plus agréable qu'un pad traditionnel. Cerise sur le gâteau, j'ai également reçu le support pour portable et tablette, TOP également. Enfin le service France et le support en Suède sont très accessibles et performants. J'ai en effet eu besoin d'aide au cours d'une mise à jour du firmware et le service était parfait! Merci.

I first of all tried the Mousetrapper following a car accident and left me with an aching shoulder. Holding my normal mouse at the angle you do was an issue. Since using the Mousetrapper my ache has gone, but I also think I am working faster! There is no 'shuffling' the mouse anymore to get the cursor to work! colleague is now also using one!

I’ve tried both the Alpha and the Advance mice from mousetrapper. Great products which solve some upper limb concerns for many of my clients. The price may be worrying for some, but I assure you it’s worth every penny.

Great company to deal with. I really appreciated the 30 days free trial. I have the Flexible Mousetrapper. I work on music software which means constantly navigating around the page. Being able to do this with my fingertips and assigning pg up, down, left, right etc. to MT buttons is a huge time saver and much less stressful on my hands and arms

I have the Mousetrapper Alpha. It allows me to use a single input device rather than a separate keyboard and mouse. It can be connected by Bluetooth to multiple devices or USB cable. The centrally positioned trackpad is comfortable and accurate and the customisable MT keys providing one touch functions such as copy, paste, double click and right click are excellent. A great piece of kit.

Due to long term 'tennis elbow' condition my right arm is out of action for clicking a regular mouse, and that was when I was introduced to Mousetrapper Advance while working in Sweden several years ago. Lately, having gone back to using a Mouse, my left arm has become sensitive too. Mousetrapper 2.0 which I have got hold of now is working like a breeze! It sits well with my new All-in-one desktop! I have tried both the Alpha and Advance versions of the Mousetrapper. I find the movement of the unique trackpad both accurate and comfortable. I find using a centrally positioned mouse alongside a vertical mouse or trackball is what works for me best and so it is part of my usual set up.

The Mousetrapper Alpha allows me to use one single piece of equipment rather than two, a keyboard & mouse. It connects by Bluetooth & USB cable & I can easily take it home with me, preventing the risk of any possible Covid 19 transference within my workplace. I would highly recommend the equipment.

The Mousetrapper - the wellness mouse has been a gamechanger for me. I had been experiencing increasing pain at the base of my thumb joint using a wireless mouse. Hours spent at my desk report writing, this pain soon got much worse, to the point where it kept me awake at night. Within a few days of using the Mousetrapper, I noticed an improvement in my pain symptoms. Weeks on, I get the occasional twinge, but I am largely pain free. This product supports my hands to perform the best they can functionally. I love the way that I can use either hand to control the mouse, which reduces strain on my right hand. A brilliant design, which I have no doubt has prevented me from seeking advice from my GP for a prescription for pain medication. Thank you Mousetrapper!
