Fantastic service when I was actually buying the car - they couldn't do enough and actually bought the car to me and I live 2.5 hours away. Aftersales not so good unfortunately. They said they would bring a stamped service book but they didn't. They then said they would email the service receipt that day but it didn't materialise. I chased a few times over the following days and in the end my husband called and they sent it immediately! One of the keys was not working (and still isn't). They said they would send a new battery but I still haven't received it. I bought a new battery myself but the key still didn't work. I have finally got round to taking it to a proper Mazda dealer and they have told me that the key was never a proper Mazda key anyway. I have just had to pay £216 for a new one. I would avoid Motorparks if I were you.

Have just bought my new car from motorparks and had a very good experience the salesman jakub was very polite and helpful not pushey at all which I like had the car ready for me to pick up on the time we agreed on will definitely go back when I need to get a new car

The true measure of a company's worth is not just when everything goes right, but how they react when bumps in the road occur, and in my instance this was the case when some initial teething problems were experienced with the car not long after taking delivery. The reaction of all the team at County Motor Works and particularly Paul and Luke in Sales and Mark in the Service department was immediate and done without question - ensuring not only was the problem put right, but that I wasn't overly incovenienced while they did so. The problem was resolved within 24 hours of my reporting it, and further steps taken to reassure me and provide additional confidence in the car purchased - for that I am very grateful and believe it shows the commitment to customer satisfaction that County Motor Works has

Car was collected for a service by Ford Invicta Motors Thanet, discovered I needed quite a few repairs doing which is fine. Wear and tear. When trying to book it in for over £800 worth of work they tell me they can't do collection and drop off as that's only for servicing not repairs?! When asked why, they told me because they know something is wrong with the car they are not insured... yet they still dropped it back to me after its initial service when they also knew it needed repairs, so what, they were uninsured then too? Not helpful, avoid.

Victoria was amazing, so responsive, and the personalised video was such a nice touch. They even brought the vehicle to a different garage to make it easier for me to pick up. Handover man was lovely, however he sort of just gave me the keys and i signed some paperwork and that was it. Not unpleasant at all,but felt a little anticlimactic.

Shocking customer service from Preston Motorparks. Had an issue with the paperwork after buying a car from them. Went in 3 times and spoke with admin and the sales manager and also rang them twice. Never received any of the promised call backs and also didn’t have the issue rectified. Will not use them again.

Bought online, car delivered to me, driver explained all the points of car ( lot of them), Inc the BOSE unit in the boot, drove my PX car back. Excellent service, couldn't fault them.

This is a review for Motorparks group in particular, Doves in Gatwick. Just recently purchased my Jaguar XF from Daniel and Henrik and cannot thank both gentlemen enough. I saw their advert online, so on learning I live 500 miles away, they arranged a personal video (warts and all) of the car so as not to have a disappointment when visiting. They even offered to help find accommodation if required which was very kind. Trade in offered at a great price and arranged all required documentation explaining all the process as they went along. No high pitch sales, no forcing of all additional benefits on offer with car just clear precise information and never felt rushed into anything. Nice gesture also with a follow up video call just make sure everything was ok with my purchase which was a nice gesture not just a sale of a car but genuine interest in ensuring everything was to my satisfaction after sale. I doubt I will see these two guys again because of distance, but good service from start to finish and thats how its done.

The service I have had at Invicta Canterbury has been exceptional. The staff have been most welcoming and helpful. They have excellent knowledge in the car industry and are very glad to share it with you. They are absolutely trust worthy which is a quality that really makes me happy to do business with them.

Organise a routine service. Found to have a snapped spring. Rung and told cost and managed to fix on the day as I needed the car. Discount as I have a service plan.

Sales team were very helpful and patient which was a welcome change. The process was so slick and easy right up to picking up my new car. I also have to say the service department are top class as they were only to happy to help me with some questions I had.

Bought 14 reg car in December (know it’s getting on a bit) but had so many problems with it, have spent loads on it getting it right, admittedly garage reimbursed me with some but I wouldn’t consider buying from them again
