The service we received was excellent. In the lead up to the work being done I received excellent communication and felt looked after, despite our landlord being very flakey and delaying the process for everyone. Great customer service and attention to detail
Very easy to communicate with before visiting the flat, the Plumber then arrived promptly, was very genuine and personable. When he realised my tap had a particular fixing, he tried his best to fix it by modifying what he had on him and visited the local plumbing merchants with no success before returning the week after to finish the job. Very satisfied with this company, thanks.
