Legitimate yet dubious business model. Very little info on the sale page of the retailer. Then you see 29.99GBP debit in the small print. But only after you’ve paid for the item (& joined this company). I can see a number of people have been caught by this. Pay £30 and get £5 off each time? Yes but why doesn’t the retailer just make their prices cheaper and remove this phantom company in the middle?
I accidentally joined the Moona membership for three months when making a purchase online. I was charged and contacted Moona to say I hadn’t meant to join the membership. They swiftly responded and refunded the charge. Very good customer service, response time and communication.
Shocking! Very unclear. £5 discount at check out and no explanation of £29.99 reoccurring membership. You don't give payment details they just copy them from your purchase. So so bad.

Not happy that it wasn’t clear this is a membership! Offered £5 off on purchase but didn’t mention the £29.99 that will be taken out if your account a week later!
They have been spamming and calling me daily for months, why would I recommend a scam to my customers, avoid at all costs!
