Recently purchased a new piece of plant equipment and wanted to keep it as dry and clean as possible when towing behind the van. Sent over the measurements to Pete and the team designed it along with clear material over the trailer lights, and number plate so it can still be seen clearly in transit. Exceptional material quality and manufactured to the best standard. Very happy and will definitely use them again in the future.

Excellent service from the team at Montrose Rope and sail. Ordered tarpaulin for summerhouse on Monday 8th January 2024. Was advised on Thursday 18th January 2024 that tarpaulin was ready to collect. Collected tarpaulin on Friday 19th January 2024 and fitted it the same day.
I have just received my second custom made trailer cover and it cant be faulted. Pete did a fantastic job ensuring that their team knew what I was needing and suggested options for the cover I hadn't considered. The size, fit, quality are all excellent and the delivery time was fantastic. I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.

From start to finish Pete was great in helping me measure three items, Wooden/metal bench, wicker sofa and BBQ cover (that was a bit of a challenge with the measure but the fit is perfect, the quality is excellent and will last a long time, far better than buying off the shelf covers that the quality is not half as good. Needed a replacement tarp for my single axle trailer- old one made by Montrose Rope and Sail was still functional (13 years old) but just a little faded so got a replacement- great quality service, product and staff couldn’t be more helpful- very reasonable charge- quality firm with quality products

I received my furniture cover today and I'm so happy with it and it exceeded my expectations. The cover was for a curved sofa, which was very tricky to measure. the cover fits like a glove and the quality of the workmanship is excellent

Great communication with clear instructions on how to measure the trailer for the tarp. Confirmed lead time and price, and e-mailed slightly ahead of time to say that the tarp was ready for collection. This is the third tarp we have had from Montrose Rope & Sail. The previous being a ‘T’ shape tarp for a Go-Kart trailer, and a box tarp for a garden ‘cube’ table / sofa set, that is still in shape and providing full protection 16 years on!
