It really works! I've been taking monthlies for just over a month now and even outside of my period I feel less bloated and have more energy during the day. During my period I normally get very painful cramps and bad skin breakouts but with monthlies I didn't experience any this month! It was so refreshing to not have to constantly take ibuprofen to function. It's also one of the best tasting supplements I've had. I honestly find it pretty shocking how much my cycle affects everyday life... During my period, I end up taking so many ibuprofen, which I know isn’t great.
