Ordered some wine online before I went on holiday to send to my mother for her anniversary. Ordered it on a Wednesday I was told it would be delivered on Friday and it never arrived. Shocking!!!! No email text nothing to say there was a problem
I am giving this 5 stars for speed of delivery and prompt emails and the availability of PayPal usage. Have not opened the bottle yet but hoping all in order.

I was ordering from the UK to Limerick and got the addresses mixed up a bit. Molloy's called me up and straightened it out within minutes. Excellent service, friendly staff.
Overall, great quality, very fair pricing, and efficient. Only issues were that tracking email did not come from Molloys, but from Fastway, so did not know if gift had been delivered; and gift note was not visible to recipient, whether or not it was somewhere in package.
