todo el proceso de compra fue muy sencillo sin embargo lo que fue el seguimiento del paquete hacia mi destino fue muy incierto. Yo sé que no es algo que la tienda pueda controlar pero durante más de un mes no sabía si realmente recibiría mi paquete porque la página de rastreo nunca mostró información. Afortunadamente tuve paciencia y todo llegó bien a pesar de que el paquete no venía protegido con plástico burbuja o similar. No llegó con abolladuras ni golpes o rasguños. Las cajas estaban nuevas y selladas y no podía esperar menos por la calidad de productos re-ment. Voy a volver a pedir algunos sets de miniaturas pero ojalá no tenga que volver a experimentar esa incertidumbre sobre mi envío.
