Brilliant customer service and fast delivery. I wasn't sure what to expect from the light in reality but had high (and desperate) hopes that it would help repair my MCL tear. As a dancer and enduro motorbike rider, I needed to repair swiftly. Along with plenty of rehab exercises and using the light twice a day, I have made a very good recovery. I do believe the light is a factor as, on the odd occasion when I haven't used it, I really notice a difference. I'd highly recommend it.

I researched the RedLight products with a sports therapist who operates a fully body RedLight machine professionally. I wanted something for more regular home use. It needed to provide the same sort of IR and NIR as the professional machines, which are hugely expensive and much bigger. This site came up with the right product at the right price. I rang to check details and was dealt with promptly, helpfully and courteously, including a small discount. The unit arrived very quickly. It is well made and extremely easy to use, especially with the Bluetooth link to my iPhone. I have started using it as part of my daily health and wellness routine. There's a lot of evidence that using these machines is beneficial both for maintenance and repair of the body.

Customer service is excellent. Shout out Jitka Mildorfová who helped with some questions. The hand written note in the box thanking me for my purchase is also a nice touch. I got the biohacker 4 half body panel. Delivery took 1 week. Only been using for 1 week 10 mins a day and have already noticed faster muscle recovery for sore muscles, had a niggling back injury for weeks which is now gone, (could be coincidence). My improved mood has been the biggest difference. I’d go as far to say profound in fact. I’ve also noticed improvements in sinuses, nose isn’t as runny, which I wasn’t expecting. My complexion also looks better (less redness, and I’ve been due a bout of hormonal acne which doesn’t seem to have materialised…) but again could be coincidence as I haven’t been using it that long. The main reason I bought it was for chilblains as I suffer terribly with my fingers. So far, I can’t say it’s stopped them from happening, but it certainly helps with the swelling. Whether there’s still long term benefits to be had there I’m yet to find out. Over all I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend.
