Scam. No app and several emails to cancel subscription - still no confirmation/reply

This is a scam app. There is no app just a website by the way. Charged me twice once for a one month and once for 3 months. After figuring out how to login, it turned out that none of the book summaries they talked and showed at the intro, is there. Nothing. Sent complaints to customer support email. Auto response with a link to FAQ file which did not work . Could not login to their zen desk. They say you can cancel subscription through profile, but no such thing. No cancellation option. Instagram should be ashamed that they advertise such sites on their platform.

I receive phone calls and emails daily for this app, they share a similar name but it is not our company. We build websites and handle paid advertising campaigns. Just based on the amount of upset customers I get for this unrelated company I do not recommend.

I signed up twice mistakenly and did not receive log-in credentials or access to the app. I've submitted an email to notify them of the issue without hearing back yet. I believe this app is a scam.

State a 30 day money back guarantee but refuse a refund on completed transactions. DO not use, do not trust

I did not read the review before subscription. It is a scam. No book summary nor app, it's just some high level theories. Rubish!

Scam... I didn't even know it... Clocked link in email and was signed up twice... 50 USD every month they started to charge which I only noticed after 4 months... No refunds nothing... To cancel you need to send an email... They respond and then you again need to confirm... And not sure if this will even work...

Signed up for this from an ad on social media. As soon as I got access I realised it just snippets and summaries of books and I didn’t think it was worth the fee paid. Contacted them via support email straight away. Within days they replied to say they have cancelled the subscription but no refund will be given and offered some free ebook or something. They advertise it to be a lot better than it is, they don’t have an app, will not refund you. They just seem to be tricking people into purchasing

Mindscape's claim to be a trustworthy guide is undermined by their blatant dishonesty—even their social media links are completely fake. This isn’t just negligence; it’s outright deception, a red flag that screams scam. They don't care about helping you with self-growth; they're scammers, preying on people looking for support and leaving them with nothing but regret and lost money. "Our mission is to guide you on your path to self-growth." Their real mission seems to be guiding you into a cycle of frustration and disappointment, all while draining your wallet. Instead of promoting genuine self-growth, the app bombards you with poorly designed features that do nothing but hinder progress. "Let's delve deeper to better understand your specific goals and needs."* There’s nothing deep about Mindscape’s approach—they throw generic, one-size-fits-all solutions at you with no customization or real understanding of your personal goals. It's clear that the app is more interested in up-selling rather than truly addressing any specific needs. You’re left feeling like just another target for their predatory tactics, not someone they care about helping.

Misleading, they do not have an app as in the business name. The web content is simply a review of some self help books and is very limited. No refunds offered and customer service very poor.

This is a scam. Please stay away. They don’t have an app and won’t return your money if you cancel.

Should have known better, just a scam. Doesn't offer what it says on the tin, do not entertain it. App doesn't exist and only receive automated responses over email.

TOTALE SCAM!!! Adverteren met €1,35 per maand en incasseren vervolgens het tienvoudige ..! Moest creditcard laten blokkeren!

I was duped by this scam on Instagram and purchased because I saw the ads repeatedly. They hide the charges on your credit card, there’s no actual app to use, you can’t contact the owners as they say they live in Cypress overseas, and I can’t even login to the online version. A total scam!

Avoid like the plague. No app. No response to emails . No refund after 3 requests as they had charged me for additional package which I didn’t want or confirm. Had to contact bank to cancel subscription otherwise they would have kept taking my money
