Good service, good product. The only reason they lost 2 stars is 1 because the live chat people were very slow at replying even to the simplest of requests and 2 because they are a bit overpriced in comparison to high street stores. Not grossly overpriced, but just a bit. Its more about deciding wether its worth paying the extra money for the convenience or not.
