Communication, was key here. I ordered a lockable knife block and then started to get cancelled emails. After panicking I emailed and they reassured me that everything was ok and just a mix up with the courier. I have these know and apart from the obvious reason are ace.

The product was exactly what I wanted, as described and at a good price. BUT the courier company really messed up - I emailed Millys and within minutes I received a phone call from a delightful human being (hoorah) who got straight onto it for me and within 24 hours the item was redelivered to my door. Some companies sell great produces but most have no aftersales care - this was a lovely experience, just like the good old days where people talked to people, who resolved things nicely with no fuss - and no 'computer says no' or 'your call is important to us' teeth-grinding nonsense. Well done Milly's!
