Having used this company on previous occasions whereby service was mediocre, I am really disappointed with my most recent experience. Placed an order a month ago and they will not respond to emails or voice messages, really disappointing ŵhen a company won't do the basics and respond with a update on an order placed. Would not recommend.

I discovered this company years ago doing a google search and have been ordering ever since. I have tried several products from Midwest and will continue to use their products as long as I continue to build control panels. Their prices are low enough that I can give a volume discount to my customers. I think I have had one product failure over many years and that could have been a problem on my end and not from Midwest.
