His communication was second to none, he kept me informed throughout the process of getting my new bolier and underfloor insulation installed. His team arrived on time and did an outstanding job! Had an upgrade to a combi boiler under the green grant scheme. The guys that came to do the survey were lovely.. and very good.. Had a bit of an issue with delayed fitting dates and correct invoice.. But the lads that came to fit on the day were very hard working and pleasant.. they have done a fab job.. brilliant price
Just had a new combi boiler fitted by Tal today. I spoke to a few companies but after speaking to Tal I could tell he really knew his stuff. Excellent service very respectable person and a very reasonable price. All work completed in one day and left the house very clean. Will 100% recommend his company & defiantly use him again

I had a great experience, Taj and Tal and the other installers were very helpful and made sure I was pleased with the installation as they explained and demonstrated where they placed fixtures. Taj explained how I could used my new first time combi boiler and he tidy up after each room radiator install. Thank you and I look forward to a warm home for the first time in a long while.

Amazing customer service and installation. Spoke to Billy on the 22nd July. Talish visits our house on Friday 23rd July. Surveyor measures up on the 25th July. Talish confirms installation for the 31st. Installation takes place on the 31st July - as discussed. Amazing service from start to finish - great customer service with all staff including installers - Satbir Superb boiler installed with under floor insulation in the SAME day! Outstanding effort. The installers were extremely efficient and the workmanship was outstanding and ‘clean’ - no mess left at the end. Talish makes a visit during the installation - quality control check and goes through the necessary paperwork. A wonderful effort by Midlands Gas & Heating Services - special thanks to Talish for his amazing customer service and attention to detail during the whole process. The workmen were on the Job as soon as they got here. They were friendly efficient and professional and soon had the new boiler and underfloor installation in place. They put everything back that was moved and cleaned up after. A bit of an issue with my extractor fans which is being sorted. I would recommend them and thank you very much
