Ordered a Carhartt chore coat from them because the sizing is tricky and a friend swore by their return policies and helpfulness. The coat arrived quickly and was the right size for me, so I didn't have to test out how good they were at returns... They do have what seems like the most complete stock of (real, not WIP) Carhartt in the UK though, and their prices are good, so they've become my go-to.
