We moved our business to Metropolitan House in December 2022, we are delighted to be here. The atmosphere in the building between the businesses is great and the help and support from Shauna, Ellie and Peter is fantastic. Would definitely recommend this shared office space to anyone.

We have rented our offices for 14 years in Metropolitan House and am still very happy here. The owner keeps the facilities up to a high standard and Shauna who is the Manager is very professional efficient dealing g with everything in house. Help is also always available whenever I have any queries regarding anything. All the necessary facilities required to run my business with the addition of clean and tidy welfare facilities. As a tenant in one of the offices within Metropolitan House I highly recommend the place if you are looking for office space in the Gateshead/Newcastle area. Very ample, free, and secure car parking at all times for businesses using the offices and for visitors. Great access and location and it is very quiet. Shauna and her team who run the place are amazing, always very friendly and helpful and cannot do enough for you. Very good conference room which I have hired out before and this is spacious, light and has all the usual TV and all laptop connections that you would need. All in all Metro House is a very well run, modern, comfortable and very friendly place to operate from and easily the best office space location I have rented in the last few years.

We moved to our new Office location in December 2017 and from day 1 the received service and support was off high standard. Location is great, all tenants are very friendly and respect each other’s business and needs. The recent improvements are off high standard and there is more to come, which is really exciting. Shannon and Shauna are so welcoming and nothing is too much for them, always a service with a smile. It’s a pleasure to work here.

We recently used the conference facilities at Metropolitan House to deliver an IOSH training course and we're thoroughly impressed by the venue. The facilities were modern, clean and inviting, and the service provided by the staff was exceptional. Ample free parking is available and the location is easy to access from the A1 We would be very open to using Metropolitan House again in the future

We moved into Metropolitan House on the 19th of July 2018 and have found the business centre to be professional modern and friendly. The service provided by Shauna and her team is nothing less than amazing. Within a matter of a few hours, we had been given access to there high-speed broadband and phone system with inclusive calls and been shown how to access the building out of hours. We would recommend this business centre to any business in the north east of England who wanted a friendly and professional environment.
