Purchased items online as gifts for my wife and collected in store (Hyde Park). Items were in a courier package when I arrived. I had requested gift wrapping and the store manager was very helpful. She removed the courier packaging and each item was already individually gift wrapped. She then re packed the gifts in a shop carry bag and made it all look very professional with a bow. She also included several samplers of other products they sell and introduced me to sample products the have for men. All in all an excellent experience.
Delivered in less than 24 hours and I made a mistake with my order and it was fixed prior to delivery!
