A swift, polite and professional service carried out on a very warm smelly evening, despite this Noel the engineer who attended was smiling and friendly, a mere 20 mins later he was done, normality restored thank you.

We had an issue with a toilet being blocked for about 5 weeks, each time we cleared the problem it would block again. We called Metro rod out to hopefully permanently fix the problem. Daniel (apologies if the name is wrong) from the office was very polite and helpful and informed me that someone would be out the next day. Noel arrived with his magical wand and fixed the problem. He did a thorough investigation and was professional throughout. Thank you for your service. Our Customers will be happy :)

Having used Metro Rod before when I had a drain problem I had no doubt to give them a call. As previously I was not disappointed. The switchboard were very efficient and my property was visited within a couple of hours with the problem resolved even on a Saturday. Friendly service with problem solved efficiently...what more can you ask for?

Metro Rod Newport & Hereford offer a fantastic service I use them weekly for regular service work and breakdown work, they have excellent respond times and the quality of work is excellent.
