I found the conference very helpful as it helped to better understand the medical application timeline, as all of the steps in the application process were explained thoroughly. I also liked the Q&A sections as a lot of my questions were answered, even if someone else asked the question. One thing I would suggest however, is to make the breaks between the different sections, a little bit longer. Other than that, I think it was great.

Hugely informative, but can be a lot of endorsing their very expensive platinum pathway.

The conference was extremely helpful and beneficial to me, a student who was unaware on so many important aspects regarding applying to medicine in the UK, and I was able receive a lot of useful advice!

It was a very honest and transparent experience, which truthfully analysed the application process and gave straightforward, coherent advice. The delivery was engaging, especially having two mentors talking side by side. I only wish we could ask more questions.

This is extremely useful for people who want to get I to medicine but do not know what to do towards that goal recieving support by doctors/professors and scholars that give answers from parents and students who have little knowledge on how to get Into it

I recently attended the Medic Mentor Conference, and I can confidently say it was one of the most inspiring and informative experiences in my journey towards medical school. From the moment the conference started, I was surrounded by like-minded students, passionate doctors, and expert mentors who provided invaluable insights into the application process, life as a medical student, and the realities of a career in medicine. One of the standout aspects of the conference was the comprehensive guidance on UCAS applications, personal statements, and interview techniques. The speakers broke down the process in a way that made everything feel much more manageable, offering practical tips that I hadn’t come across before. The personal statement workshop, in particular, was incredibly helpful—it gave me a clear idea of how to structure my writing and highlight my experiences effectively. Another highlight was the interactive talks from doctors and medical students, who shared their journeys, challenges, and advice for getting into medical school. Hearing first-hand about their experiences reinforced my passion for medicine and gave me a real insight into what to expect in the future. The conference also provided a fantastic networking opportunity. I had the chance to connect with mentors and other aspiring medics, exchange ideas, and gain valuable advice that has already helped shape my application strategy. Overall, the Medic Mentor Conference was an invaluable experience that has given me confidence and clarity about my next steps. If you're serious about applying to medical school, I highly recommend attending—you’ll leave feeling inspired, motivated, and much better prepared to take on the challenge!~Nada

It was pretty well, accept when it came to doing the activities, which was where I could not understand what we are supposed to do until mid way through, also some of the video qualities had been quite not up to what we expected, but it was alright overall!

It was a very detailed conference that delved into the details of getting into Medicine. They discussed various aspects such as interviews, UCAT, Personal statements and Adjusted grades. I really enjoyed it and it clarified all the questions I had. It was very beneficial and would recommend anyone interested in Medicine to give it a try.

At first I knew I wanted to do surgery but I guess I picked one of the highest paying jobs for the salary. However after the medic mentor conference on the very same day I took their advice and I went to a hospital. And as I walked back out 30 minutes later, from that brief experience I knew what I wanted to be for sure. They have not only given me insight into medicine but motivation too. I didn’t used to have any as I knew I just wanted to be a specific type of surgeon for the money. But Medic Mentors, they helped me :D!!

Brilliant presenters, felt very interactive and definitely helped with structuring and techniques for my application + interview, as well as some misconceptions.
