I bought a memory card for a camera and it was delivered the next day. Unfortunately, I had purchased the wrong card (my mistake) I spoke to customer relations and they were happy to send me the correct card together with a pre-paid envelope so that I could return the original. This degree of trust and efficiency is refreshingly unusual and I will definitely use Maxram again.

Whilst I am delighted with the deal and the card works fine my only complaint is that each time i switch on the camera it tells me that the card is not formatted for the camera and is not suitable for movie making.(it is though)
I had just bought my first camcorder and wanted a sd card to practice with before we head out to Australia to visit our son and family. The filming needs more practice but the sd card performed 100%. I will shortly be ordering 2 x 8gb cards in the near future. Thankyou.
