The item came in two half boxes and were just in a pile when received. They need to be packaged much better than they were. I have never seen such a poorly packaged item.

Ordered on April 8. Arrived in Tracy, CA, Friday, April 16, via FedX . Appears to be in Tracy still (April 22). Wanted them for a party this next week. Should of used Ace Hardware or Amazon. Not happy with time between ordering date and delivery date (no delivery date as of yet) First time I've had this long of wait since Covid 19 shutdown.

I had a very good experience using Max Warehouse. It was the exact item I was looking for at a good price. By purchasing 5 items, including shipping, it was about the same price as purchasing 4 items from my local retailer. Concerning shipping, I received a damaged box with 2 items missing (surely the carrier's fault). I sent an email that evening and received a reply the next afternoon. I was offered two options, and chose to have the two missing items replaced. Very good customer service. I will be using Max Warehouse again.
Was kind of disappointed with slower than normal shipping, then slow delivery. Although the replacement bulb for a bug zapper appears to be okay, it was shipped in a flimsy bubble envelope with NO packing. Tracking was a joke - I have to PAY extra to get tracking? Maybe I'm spoiled by Amazon...
