Should have read reviews first.. f@&k this place. Don’t even bother with this company go elsewhere trust me.. l ordered one small piece to finish my wood stove because none of the local places had it. 3 weeks later still nothing and my fedex delivery date has been changed 6 times. No way jose. Never again.
Shipped my order with fedex ground economy...the u.s.postal service is a joke...3 days no activity...holding up my job...wont use again.
On a Monday I ordered a product from Max Warehouse and paid extra for one-day shipping. Tuesday - the next day - Max Warehouse sent me an e-mail saying they "estimated" my order would arrive Wednesday - two days after I placed it. Why would I pay a one-day shipping fee (the cost of the shipping upgrade was as much as that of the product) if delivery is going to take no fewer than two days? I called Max Warehouse customer service, which gave me a song and dance about shipping time differing from delivery time. Cheat me once, Max Warehouse, shame on you. You won't get the chance to cheat me twice. Trustpilot readers, I suggest thinking twice before buying from Max Warehouse. (Who would interpret a promise of "one-day shipping" to mean anything other than next-day delivery?)
Do not purchase from this company. The return policy is horrible. I ordered 2 air cooling systems. They sucked. I purchased them through Amazon so thought I could easily return them. Instead I was required to pay the return postage which cost me over $424. Which was more than one of the units cost in its entirety.
Had a great experience with Max Warehouse, they had the lowest price, super fast shipping, and I was able to get a hold of someone quickly when I needed help with my order. Highly recommended.
