Customer support made the steps i needed to take clear and were also flexible when one of my packages deviated from the norm. (I won something in a giveaway, and had it shipped to me but had no proof of payment since i didn't buy the package, i won it) They were still able to get it processed for me.
Hi, Well to be honest the shipping handling process was to slow for the price, i would have gotten my package the same time by ocean for way cheaper.

Getting over charged. Promised a manager would call and then nothing. Always seems that whatever the item cost you end up being charged the same again. Having tried this about four times I’ve decided no more. Too much hassle and far too expensive
It was more expensive to send through Marketz and it took longer than with E-zone. It was supposed to get delivered to my house but I was not contacted when they would arrive so the driver just appeared at my house when I was not home and took the parcel back. He then left it at E-Zone so I had to go pick it up AT E-ZONE's office! Might as well send with E-zone: less expensive, faster and same service.
