Great customer service. I placed an order and the machine that would manufacture my items broke down. I received an email explaining the issue and delay. When the machine was back up and running my order was expedited. Unfortunately one of the items came damaged (UPS damage). Kimberley helped me to get the issue resolved and again expedited the order. Both Chyenne and Kimberley are a great example of what customer service should be.
Kimberly and Cheyenne were so helpful. I placed an order and it had not been processed- they quickly approved priority shipping to get our scuppers to us on time. Highly recommend!
Communication with staff, delivery options with notifications prior to delivery was very important and the product was great.
We never received our items. The tracking shows these items were delivered somewhere in Tempe, AZ on Friday, 12/15. We are in San Diego, CA. It is very important we receive these items asap. Please advise-
