The flowers were obviously prepared to soon. You sent me a photo on the Saturday before Valentines and that was the same arrangement that you delivered on Monday and the flowers were mostly dead by the 16th or two days after Valentines.

These guys are terrible. Ordered flowers and was charged to my card immediately. Never received an email confirmation. Called, sent text and sent whatsapp, no response even though i can see they read it. Still nothing from them now i have to dispute the charge on my card. Btw, the order was $1k so you'd think they want to fill the order. Nope! Don't ever use them!
