I ordered the flowers to cheer up someone who got a bad medical diagnosis. The flowers didn't arrive on the intended day as the nice surprise they should have been. When I reached out to complain, an apology was offered as well as a box of chocolates and delivery was promised the next day. The following day I reached out at 4pm for an update and got no response. After 6pm and no update (as it was a Friday evening) I asked for the order to be cancelled. They did finally arrive after 7pm. Overall not a good experience and I'm unlikely to order from here again even if the order did eventually arrive. After paying €10 for delivery I expected better.

Easy to use and very good selection.

Flowers didn't arrive on the requested day (Valentines Day) which caused trouble in my household. Arrived the next day. I emailed the company and they didn't even bother replying. Flowers looked wilted once they arrived. Overall pretty bad experience 25/02/25 : Big thanks to Maurice who has redeemed my experience by sending on a fresh bouquet to make amends - Many thanks

delivery has been delayed for consecutive years

Nonexistent customer service. Emailed twice and rang all the numbers with no answer for a week to activate a slight name change on delivery to no avail. Flowers were limp and dissapointing.

Customer service was helpful and kind but unfortunately I will have to give a 3 star as I'm not satisfied of the bouquet size for the price I paid. The receiver of the gift was happy otherwise but I would have liked it to be bigger and fuller.

Really fast service, beautiful flowers everytime

Very impressed by the dedication to get my order delivered. It was an important occasion, the recipient was not home. The company left a voice mail and then tried on several occasions to get the flowers delivered. Finally after three days they managed to make the delivery. 100% use Mad flowers when it matters.

The flowers were so beautiful! The lady who delivered it was very friendly. I ordered on the day it was to be delivered. The flowers arrived in less than 3 hrs! I will for sure order from Mad Flowers again.
