It was a very straightforward buying experience. No problems - I simply ordered and my purchase arrived quickly. Very pleased with it. I had confidence that the product I bought was uniquely made for Lymphoedema patients and the best that I could buy.
Easy experience
Unfortunately got locked out of web site eventually phoned and spoke to a helpful lady and eventually made my order for 2 Lymph balls round with a delivery charge of £4:95 ( very expensive for something so light weight ) eagerly awaited delivery which at that price I thought would be express delivery. Finally got my product a week later to find the product delivery charge was £3:25 second class by Royal Mail which delivers to where I live in the Channel Islands . I found this all very odd to say the least .

The building was quite hard to find it wasn’t signposted well. My appointment went well, it was on time and the explanation about my condition and the exercises were thorough . Everyone was very pleasant and knowledgeable.
Lots of useful info and videos very clear. But is one really expected to do this very time-consuming laborious stuff, which requires one to be half naked, "4 or 5 times a day" as it says in the arm video? What sort of life does the LTA imagine we lead?
