I haven't noticed any great difference but I'm still on my first month of taking them. I have noticed my energy levels have increased and I look healthier. My sleep has massively improved but I had been taking other supplements prior to Lumity I've stopped those other ones and I am just taking Lumity now. So will update my review when I know aforementioned improvements are down to Lumity. Oh and I'm in love with the box and the classy looking morning and night bottles, I got from Lumity to store my supplements in 😍 UPDATE Dec 24th. I previously had to stop Luminty Supplements a few moths ago. I started feeling horrible, got myself back on Luminty and feel better already 😊

I waited sometime before writing this review, because the claims were so great I wanted to make sure that the results were real and not just my imagination. I’ve been taking Lumity for a year. Before taking Lumity, my hair was thinning even though I was already taking HRT. This is common for the women in my family and in all honesty I thought it was going to be inevitable. I even started looking at Regain and hair plug surgery to see if they may be options for me. However, since taking Lumity for a year, it is clear that my hair has filled back out and is back to thick and glorious coverage. I never expected this to work. It’s like finding treasure!
Since starting Lumity I have not looked back. It provides me with all the essential vitamins, minerals and much more that I may miss out on! It gives me complete peace of mind. I also used to suffer dreadfully from restless legs at night. Not any more. The evening supplement contains Magnesium and so all symptoms have disappeared! Bliss. Thank you Lumity.
