I’ve been taking Lumity supplements for three months now, and definitely noticed a lot of difference, i always had a problem with sleeping, and now it has improved a lot. My skin and hair are different, my hair is not falling as much as was falling.

I can see no physical or visible benefit so far even after several months
I have been taking Lumity for nearly three years now, and thoroughly recommend it. I only have to take it from my bedside table in the morning and the evening. Also I feel that my general wellbeing is brilliant! I haven't had a cough or a cold since I started taking it. I have less wrinkles than I did three years ago, and despite not sleeping very well, I love it!
