I had read that sometimes shipping from this company takes awhile so I hesitated to order but the double bridle noseband was just so gorgeous, I took a chance. The communication from Lumiere was excellent, I did email and ask for tracking and it was instantly sent. I received my item in under a week and it's as beautiful as it looks.
