Had the BEST spa experience with Luniere at Park Regis in Birmingham today. It was a treat for me and my friend. This has got to be the best spa I’ve been to! On arrival, we were greeted and got changed into robes and slippers. We were given some juices and then we got to relax in the relaxation area with complimentary herbal teas! The 55 minute full body massage was amazing! Exactly what we both needed and the masseuse knew exactly where to apply the correct pressures! After, they gave us a glass of wine each. We felt super relaxed and it was such a lovely environment. I’ve been to a spa in London before and we didn’t get this treatment for the amazing price we paid! Will be returning! Thank you to the amazing staff for making it special
A WONDERFUL LITTLE OASIS From the moment my wife and I walked in to the Spa after a torturous journey in horrible weather, we were made to feel welcome by Sabrina. She helped us take a moment to just leave our woes behind and step by step we guided to get changed into our robes and relax with some rose water tea (a first for me and nice too!). We were then taken into a room for two for our massages and had an hour of wonderful, relaxing and beneficial attention from Angie and Charlotte. After that we were offered prosecco (very nice quality too!) and able to relax further. Nothing was rushed throughout the experience and we chatted with Sabrina, Angie and Charlotte at leisure about our experience and were never made to feel like leaving :0) All in all, a wonderful little oasis in B-ham which we wholeheartedly recommend.
My friend and our adult daughters spent a lovely afternoon of pampering at the Luenire spa. Their welcome, treatments and flexibility with our requests were exceptional. We will definitely be back!

From start to finish all staff made me and my mother comfortable. I would say it's better to book directly through them. Me and my mum had a body scrub and body massage. It was so my my mum could have a lovely Mother's Day of relaxation. The temperature of the room and beds were perfect. Then our beauty therapists Summer and Lily went above and beyond in our eyes. We were so grateful for this experience as it was but to have the services we did, made it outstanding. We will definitely recommend and come back. Massive thank you to Sabrina the manager for being so helpful in the booking process, picking a great team and her friendliness.
I have only words of praise for this Spa, I went with my husband and we were treated like kings. When we arrived, Sabrine met us at the reception and offered us a herbal tea. I chose a one-hour massage and facial session, Angie and Samara were very professional and respectful and offered us an unforgettable day. The whole experience was wonderful!
A totally personalised spa experience from start to finish. Not a rush in sight, and beautifully put together by Sabrina and her team. A genuinely bespoke afternoon from start to finish, every attention to detail from the handmade fruit tea while filling out health information, to ‘blue’ tea and Prosecco afterwards. A truly wonderful couples massage experience in between - both thoroughly enjoyable and in terms of feeling the benefits afterwards. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience! The massages were great, which is the most important thing! Really good massurists and the quality of the salon was super! A lovely touch was the complimentary glasses of prosecco. Only thing I'd say is the 1 hour wait for the massage was longgg, maybe reduce this to 20-30 minutes tops! Apart from that, was lovely! Will be back weekly 😍
It was a birthday present for one of my girlfriends, so I booked the massage package for all of us. As this was a surprise, we were all over the moon about the effort that was made!!! Sabrina was so friendly and attentive . I booked an afternoon tea spa day for my daughter ,we had a facial and back massage .Sabrina couldn’t have been more helpful keeping us topped up with Prosecco and herbal tea .. we will definitely be back . Very professional service .
