I love being part of LTD Perks. I am not the most computer literate person, but LTD is so easy to use I don’t need to be. The entire process is easy to do and getting a check each month is a wonderful bonus.
Easy to read and clear description of products. Ordering online was very simple. All items received in excellent condition and as described. Prices were very good too.
Loved shopping online with LTS Commodities. I even got a $10 cheque in the mail the other day for being a good customer!! Will certainly be doing more shopping now!!
easy to do and love receiving a check every month
Slow in processing claims. Won't honor receipts from the same store on the same day. Sometimes you forget something at the store and have to run back to the store to get something. Frustrating. Plus you can't fax in receipts.

The perks are nice, but the mailed checks take too long and I have 't gotten reimbursed for all my shipping costs, YET!

We're new to Perks and we love it. Service as been great and everyone that I've talked with has been so pleasant and helpful. My only negative comment is that, at first, everything got approved very quickly. Now things have slowed down quick a bit. I'm not sure if it's because of holiday shopping and that the Perks people are very busy.
