Outstanding service by Sahil and Shiv!!! I had to book tickets for my parents from SFO to Delhi and had some special requirements. I spoke to Shiv on Friday; he patiently listened to my request and booked two tickets with Air India. Since I needed more time to work out the details and was not able to confirm booking at that time, Shiv advised me to call back on Sat and talk to Sahil. When I called back on Saturday, there had been some changes in the plans, which I explained to Sahil. I am very happy about how he was very willing to listen to these changes and showed special consideration to my situation. He made the booking changes I requested and also kept the same price. I had assured him that this booking is final and there would not be any more changes. However, just within an hour, the travel plan changed completely and I tried to reach out to Sahil again but he was on another line/on break. He called me back as soon as he became available, which was really nice, and I was amazed at how patiently he listened to me again before promptly making the required changes. He also contacted the airline on my behalf to confirm that the booking changes had been made. Interacting with Shiv and Sahil made this difficult situation much less stressful and I am grateful to have had such a pleasant experience when talking to them. Paramjeet

Excellent service!! Abhilash booked last minute tickets for me and my son at very good rates and even booked our preferred seats for the flights. When I had to cancel the next day due to emergency he even cancelled with a complete refund. He went out of his way to be helpful! Highly recommend this travel agency.
First time dealing with the company. Decided to contact them based on good reviews online. Even though I had booked my tickets directly with the airline, the price quoted by Low Fare Travel was well below that price and hence canceled the tickets booked from the airline (within 24 hrs) and went with Low Fare. Worked with Anuj who was really awesome in meeting my requirements and easy to work with. Greatly recommend them!
