Karen Allen from Aspen Travel arranged our trip to India. Karen is a very professional agent and nothing was too much trouble for her. We will always use Karen for our holiday tours in the future because it is so good to be able to speak to one person instead of a customer service centre. Lucy and the rest of the team are a pleasure to deal with. The company saved me money when booking me a holiday as an agent for a well known company. Had I booked direct with the other company, I would have paid around £600 more. I checked with the other company and they could not price match. Nothing was a problem and any query was quickly dealt with. As an example I wanted to book my aeroplane seats but the company providing the holiday stated they were unable to provide my flight reservation number as it was part of a block booking.
