Gorgeous items. Nice to purchase special piece's for a loved one from here. Never had an issue.

I would have given 3 based on my first order, before xmas, which I had to chase but eventually they arrived and I was pleased with quality. However I placed another order on 29th Dec, received nothing by 10th Jan. Emailed them, to be told they shut down over Xmas (took my money though and no notification on confirmation order). Chased up twice the week, to be now told they've run out of stock. Shocking customer service and should not take money without informing people when order should arrive.

This should be ZERO rated! I ordered a sign for a Christmas present on 6th December 2020. Still not received! I have emailed 5 times. I had a reply to the first email only which simply stated that they had dispatched it by Royal Mail and that as it has no tracking they could not give me an estimated delivery date! I have had NO replies since. An absolute ‘rip off’ company. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Ordered a sign as a Christmas present, I received an email saying it had been shipped on December 11th. Still haven’t received my order. Had one emailed response just reinstating ‘Hello Morgan, Thank you for your email. Your order was sent on 11.12.19 by Royal Mail standard delivery. I have emailed another 3 times so far with no response. Really annoyed/disappointed!!

Made an order on Dec 23rd and have no delivery of my order or even any communication from love abode, yet they have taken the money! Whenever I call them they never ever answer and I’ve sent over 10 emails since and still nobody has the decency to update me. I have demanded a full refund, let’s see what happens. Shocking service.
