We have been getting our water from Love Water for about 18 months and they have been fabulous. Aldas who delivers is always friendly and helpful and a joy when he comes into the office. The team back at base are very helpful and friendly and if there is a problem they make sure they find a way to fix it and keep the client happy. We have not been tempted to look elsewhere - there's no need.

Top professionals, absolutely on time with their obligations, great service of uninterrupted water supply by monitoring our consumption pattern and adjusting deliveries accordingly. Regular machine servicing and sanitising. Great quality and tasting water and stuff that is always courteous, eager to serve, take smart initiatives if necessary. For 4 months our lift ias out of operations and delivery chaps never complained for having to move bottles all the way to the 3rd floor!! Great guys! Finally decent value for money by comparison with competition. How can this be improved? ...I wonder

Excellent service - our representative Egils was able to get our water into the storeroom and take away our old ones so fast I barely had time to say Hi! He's always polite and positive when on-site. The company is always able to fit a new delivery in when we need it, and always able to arrive at times that are convenient to us.

Great service with helpful staff. We always deal with Nick Swan but all the staff are very helpful. Always goes beyond what he's supposed to do. We've never had an issue with LoveWater and recommend them to other companies we know. We have around 5 large bottles of water a month and the mini dispenser fits into our small office perfectly. We love our Love Water dispenser and the Blenheim Palace water that it dispenses! Since we purchased one a few years ago, our children now drink practically only water -- the healthiest drink! Our delivery driver, Piotr is efficient, helpful and punctual too and always makes sure that the bottles are put away in our garage. On the rare occasion that we run low on water, Love Water and Piotr are always ready to make a special trip to make sure that we don't go without--we really appreciate that!

Level Best Solutions have been using Love Water to supply our water for approx 8 years and not once have we had cause to complain. Sarah is always on hand to answer queries, complete change requests & squeeze in extra drops in addition to our normal routine. A big thank you must also be given Piotre our delivery driver who is polite, curteous, carries out exchanges and sanitations without disruption to anyone working near by. We've had our ups and downs with Lovewater, so I can't give them 5*, but they seem to be on top of things now. The delivery guys are very polite, especially Egils.
