I found London & Zurich to be very helpful, friendly and professional from my very first enquiry. Prices are very competitive (this matters as we are a non profit organisation). If I have any queries they are very quick to respond. The online DD forms for the customer to sign up to is great and has helped grow our organisation. The online portal is very user friendly, I feel very much in control of our Direct Debits. We have been with London and Zurich for just over a year and are very pleased with the service we receive.
