The clothes I ordered were so cute! One of the dresses was a bit too small around the shoulders and i had some problems with the tariff, but the product and especially the customer service was truly amazing, I'll definitely buy something again from this website!

My daughter wanted this dress for prom. I measured her accordingly to the one size and the dress fit perfect 😊. She tried on the shoes and they were perfect too. The customer service was a huge surprise. They emailed me personally about checking measurements before they shipped the dress. I thought that was awesome. I bought a single dress and the sizing and quality was really great considering the price. I loved it so much that I bought a second one for my friend who was also looking for a yellow Lolita dress. When I experienced any issues such as an incorrect address or had inquires about my tracking Vicky was very helpful in getting everything sorted out. I will continue to purchase items from here so long as the quality and customer service stays as immaculate as it is now.

J'ai toujours reçu tous les vêtements en bonne état, à la bonne taille et conforme aux commande. Je suis ravie car j'ai passer au moins 3 ou 4 commande et je n'ai jamais été déçu les articles sont de bonne qualités. Je recommande pour les fan de lolita il y a du chois avec des styles différent (sweet, gothique ect...)
