Easy to order and delivery was very efficient, they came within 2 days. The logs were delivered exactly where I requested they were dropped and you receive a call on the day too. My order was not delivered properly. I reported the problem to the company the next day. Instead of a quick response and solution It took a week with several emails from my end to find out what went wrong. I had to send a couple of emails to get finally an answer that you will refund for the product which was still owed to me. I am still waiting for my refund 2-3 weeks after your mistake. I am not going to order again from your company as I find you unreliable and unprofessional. With all my good intention when something goes wrong the customer no matter the order ( a ton or a few kgs it is still an order) has the right to be informed on time and to be refunded or to get the rest of their order. The customer should never spend a week from his time to try to find out what has happened and fix the problem from your company or your associates. Kind regsrds

Ordered 7 units and 5 arrived. Have contacted this company 5 times with different promised dates for the missing 2 units, 1 being correct but only 1 of the 2 units were delivered. Mind blowing how they can get it so wrong and the lack of communication is ridiculous. I have only been updated when chasing and there is no concern from their staff, they simply don't care - Kevin is useless, many thanks for the worst customer service ☺ I would avoid this company had I know how much of a faff it would be to receive such a little order.

Easy to order online. Delivered with no issues. The wood is better quality than what you buy in the shops. Would recommend and will be buying another pallet when we run out!

I recommend buying your logs from someone local. These are good logs but they are about 15% more expensive than usual. I always use a local supplier but someone recommended these so thought would try. They gave me a delivery day so took the afternoon off and they never arrived. So arranged a different day with the haulage company they use. They arrive in a huge crate and leave the crate with you (on my kirbside) if you can remove crate, break it down etc, great but I had to get some help. Not convenient for me so won’t use again and didn’t like the service from them. Previously with local suppliers I have always asked for a specific day for them to be delivered and never let down and always good kiln dried logs.
