We have never, ever had an issue using the LiveHelpNow chat software. It is very helpful for our customers and for us to have another avenue in communicating with them (especially when our phones are super busy).

At Mobiltel, we use LiveHelpNow for almost a year now, and we are fully satisfied with the online chat platform and its functionalities. When we first starting using the chat I was not sure about tech support because it is usually difficult to get any support, however, with the LiveHelpNow Chat System it is convenient and quick. Anytime I have a question I simply just send a chat request and I always get my questions answers quickly. I am extremely happy with the customer service which is rare to find! Thank you!

We have only been testing Livehelpnow for just over a month now and so far we have really liked it. We have some more testing to do before we will know if it will be a permanent feature for our company. I really appreciate the willingness of the company to tailor the features to our unique needs.

We were using (Zopim) a competitor of Live HelpNow, and then I was lucky enough to discover LiveHelpNow! Awesome live chat software but what really impressed me is their personalized, friendly customer service. Their phone support is free! They help with whatever questions we have, which saves me time - and time is money. I wouldn't hesitate to say if you're looking for live chat software, this is where to go.

We use LiveHelpNow as part of our support arsenal and it has served us well. It's responsive and allows for multiple avenues of communication, including file transfers (which can be surprisingly useful). There are still a few minor issues with the mobile app which need to be available, like the option to display chat history or the option to start the app at boot-up but, overall, the service is great. I would have given 4.5 stars if that were an option.

I was new to using the Live Help chat feature for our company. Jamie was very patient and helpful every step of the way in both answering my questions and guiding me to getting what I needed. Thus as a satisfied user of Live Help, I would like commend them for their fast response time and how knowledable their staff was for tech support. It was a very simple process.

Live Help Now has a wide variety of useful features for supporting Learning Management Systems and is significantly better than just using email. It is apparent it is designed for sales and so some of the analytics don't make sense for an LMS. It wouldn't take much for this system to be designed to work perfectly with LMSs. if they did this it would be 5*. There is already lots and lots great features, knowing user information before chats, customisable options to suit your brand and lots of technical information, surveys to see how good your Operators are as well.

We are testing out chat software. LiveHelpNow has many more options than Zopim. It is a bit harder/clunkier to learn, but I think overall will be the better solution for us.

We've been using LHN since 2009 and haven't considered using anyone else. It's our main tool for servicing our clients and it's battle-tested, flexible, reliable and easy to administer. LHN has provided or built for us just about every feature we can think of -- and we're only using a fraction of what they offer. In the rare instances when there was a problem, they attacked it immediately. When I have a quick question about some feature or a way to do something, their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. You won't find a more powerful scalable chat/email/knowledge base package for this price anywhere. I wholeheartedly recommend LHN,
