Told her that it was for a 50th birthday present for somone who had lost their mum so it would be appreciated if she could post the gift with some urgency, she said ok if i pay another £7... Bare in mind she has 2 days to even post it where it would arrived on time. Instead she decided to wait a further 4 days to even post the gift... getting a refund to the unposted item was even more of a problem and had to makle a case with paypal to reslove.
