Limited Abode sent me the wrong item, I can’t begin to explain how I have to go to so much time, effort and hassle to try to obtain the correct item, even though it was NOT my fault. Their Customer Service procedures need to be revisited ASAP if they want to retain customers. As explained by email (you only respond 48 hours later…hence the huge delay in dealing with this issue), DPD are not reliable couriers and as a full time employee, I cannot wait at home for a 3 hour window Monday to Friday, with the likelihood they won’t turn up to collect it. I have already returned the item with the pre-paid label, at my financial expense (petrol) and time! Still awaiting confirmation of your receipt of the returned item and then the replacement…what a huge amount of aggravation on my part for your error!
