Had to wait a long time for delivery as item out of stock. I do love my Hippo but he's very light weight.....Co cerns that me will chip or get broken in usage xx

I wasn’t given a timeframe or day when my parcel was arriving but luckily I was in. I am also very disappointed in the quality of my item which I feel is definitely not worth the money I’m afraid. I would have returned if if it hadn’t taken me so long to unpack it

The vase was a pre order it came later than expected but they did let me know. The vase is lovely looks lovely on the kitchen good quality
Duck lamp is beautiful - very impressive - stands well & balances well - not too heavy or light - only disappointed that the bulb is not included in the price! What is the point of a lamp without a bulb! When spending over £400 on a lamp I would have appreciated the bulb to be included! Delivery was good - used a lot of packing materials which kept the lamp safe but very hard to unpack!
