Where to start with this one, directed me to carcredit4me.co.uk where I was in a legal battle to get my money back after a finance agreement fell through, completely unprofessional, I contacted them for help with getting in contact with whom they put me in contact with, when I told them I’d finally put a court order in motion, they messaged me they are ceasing all contact with me and they will no longer respond to my messages, good for me my bank gave me my money back, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Dear Oddle Finance I wish to cancel the finance agreement and also lodge a complaint seeking an urgent full investigation and reporting to the financial ombudsman. Finance was sought and agreed upon in order to purchase the vehicle priced at £20,000 The vehicle was originally delivered without any service conducted on the vehicle or the vehicle prepared in any adequate fashion. The vehicle also had damage to the bodywork and the alloy wheels. After the car was purchased there were problems and delays with the car being delivered. I was told that because of the bank holiday weekend the garage had been overbooked so the necessary work that should have been done to the vehicle was not carried out in time for the delivery date. Eventually, the vehicle was delivered on the 20th of April 2022. the vehicle was delivered not in the condition agreed promised and purchased for. I was told that in a few days the vehicle would be collected and all the work would be completed and the vehicle would then be returned. I was also told that a courtesy car would be provided. 2nd May I made contact asking when would the car be collected and fully serviced and prepped and the damage to the bodywork and allow weels sorted put as promised and agreed. No response back the entire day. 3rd May sent another message asking for an urgent update. I was told I would receive a callback tomorrow to make the arrangements. 4th May no call back or message, I sent another message asking what are the plans and arrangements. No answerback. 5th May I sent another message asking for an urgent update. I was then told that they are waiting to hear back from the garage as to when they can do the work within a 2-day window along with the bodywork, I responded that I was not happy with how things were dragging so slowly I do not expect to pay 20 thousand pounds to be given a dirty damaged unserviced car. I stated I was not happy about spending that kind of money to be driving a car like this. I was then informed that Monday 9th May would be the earliest available time for the car to be booked in, When I asked about a courtesy car being available to drive I was told that they will try and get something sorted. 9th May 2022 nothing happened and the car was not collected. 11th May I sent another message asking to be contacted and received no response back. 16th May I got a message stating they are waiting for confirmation from the garage regarding the work etc, I was told the car would definitely be collected on Tuesday 17th May in the morning and it should be finished by Wednesday or Thursday at the latest. I asked about a courtesy car and was told nothing can be provided. 17th May Car collected. Since the 17th of May I have been asking about the progress of the car and when will it be returned and either my messages go unanswered all day or the reply offers no information, I was told I would have the car returned back by the 19th of May, Today is the 24th May and no car returned and no communication or explanation from Crowned Eagle. 24th May at 09.30 is I was told that they were going to the garage to find out what the delay is and that they would turn me within the hour when they are at the garage. Very strange that someone has to physically go to a garage to get an update when we have telephones and emails. I did ask for the contact details of the garage but was refused this information. After waiting 2 hours I asked for an update but got no reply back and all day today I have asked questions and updates and even though all the messages have been received and read no response back. I am now of the view that either the car has been stolen or I am the victim of some kind of fraudulent hoax or scam. Whichever it is I have no car and therefore canceling the finance agreement. I will also be making contact with the police to report the matter as a crime. I will also be lodging an official complaint with the relevant financial ombudsman FCA and Motor Ombudsman. .
