I recently purchased some insurance for myself and my wife for extra protection. I spoke to a third party individual who referred me to this company and went along with the purchase. I received a very friendly follow up telephone call from one of the agents who wanted to ask a couple of general questions to see if i was happy with the cover i received. I thought this was a very nice thing to do, not just to introduce himself but to leave his contact details for any future requests.
