I started with J as I have a wedding coming up and I needed to do something about my weight. Despite leading a relatively active lifestyle, I'd piled on the pounds and was not happy with how I was looking. I needed to reinvigorate my exercise regime and clearly get my diet under control as the scales were only going up. The great thing about J is that he makes everything easy. In the grand scheme of things, I've barely noticed the changes implemented. I eat enough to not be hungry, and the training sessions fit around my job and lifestyle, which is super handy. In terms of the sessions, he makes it interesting. He listens to you and keeps things varied which helps keep interest while also driving gains. He knows when to push and when to listen, which I appreciate as I'm no longer in my 20s and don't bounce back like I used to. The results speak for themselves. Nearly three months in and I'm a stone down (c.7kg), while also far stronger than before. I've now got the confidence to deadlift and work my way around the weights area, whereas previously I tended to stick to the machines. I also now know my body better. It's regularly pushed more than I dared to previously, and the results I'm seeing in just a few weeks are better than I'd achieved by myself for years. I came with the goal of losing weight and toning up...and was expecting to have to flog myself and be hungry to achieve this. It's the opposite. The nutrition plan means I'm rarely hungry, and even with cheat days (dinners out etc) I'm still losing fat which is the ultimate goal. Finally, J is a pleasure to train with. He's chirpy, responsive, knows exactly when to push you and is able to identify issues that need fixing, helping to prevent pain. I really enjoy our sessions as I know I'm getting a lot out of it (even if he still makes me do Bulgarian split-squats which I hate!).

I've been very active my whole life but in my 40s have struggle to get properly toned and build strength. Jeroen was wonderful in helping me with a new program, new exercises and advice about diet. I'm lost weight, feel much healthier and I'm definitely a lot stronger

After just 1 session with J, I’ve felt so much more confident going to the gym, I’m going to areas in the gym I never thought I’d never go to due to feeling intimidated by the gym. J really helped me to overcome this and showed me how to use the equipment correctly in order for me to achieve my goals and see results. He also gives such great advice on weight loss and building strength, would definitely recommend!

J taught me how to develop a complete full body workout routine and really built my confidence in the gym. I've achieved results within 6 weeks, I've dropped 2 dress sizes and feel so much stronger. He taught me how to drop dress sizes, weight and inches whilst somehow being able to eat MORE! As a small woman, strength training can be quite intimidating but J sets you up for success and is happy to explain, demonstrate, adjust weights to maximise your potential. J creates a full plan for you, for both inside and outside the gym: steps, nutrition etc. He's been instrumental to my progress. He's motivational and never shames you for anything - no guilt tripping! Instead, he inspires you to want to be better for your own wellbeing and health. He considers your lifestyle, goals and tailors plans unique to you. I'd thoroughly recommend him!

If you want to get stronger fast, he is the trainer you need. And I only trained with him for 2 months, but the results are significant. He covers also the nutrition side of your transformation, which is unavoidable if you want results.

Over time, working out with J has become an anchor, to which I can always hold on to. His detailed movement analysis, allround fitness and lifestyle knowledge and, most importantly, his friendly and motivational personality help me to improve every week - Life really is better with J.

4 weeks ago, I was a 50 years old who’d never set foot in a gym. I’m now going twice a week and training with J. It’s been an incredible experience. All down to Jeroen who not only talks the talk, but walks the walk. I’m also tracking food and have lost a couple of lb’s without even trying, just by putting better fuel into the system! Looking forward to the next session already!!

I would definitely recommend J as a personal trainer. He helped me to understand the importance of consistency with weight training. He definitely encouraged me and pushed me past my limits in the best way possible!! I definitely noticed my strength increasing with the programme he provided me with.Overall J definitely is the trainer you need if your looking to go above and beyond your limits.

Jay is a great PT. You'd be amazed at how much of a difference it makes having someone there to correct your form and give you some tips. Since training with Jay, I've noticed my arms are significantly bigger and he is also very good when it comes to advice about nutrition. Highly recommended.

"My shoulders don't fit in my dress anymore" is what I told J on session 5 (true story). J provided tailored work and meal plans and definitely did not let me off easy in the gym. He was always changing the workouts to accommodate my requests - I have scoliosis and certain exercises just don't work for me, even with the best coach. I cannot recommend J enough. If you are looking for a coach to keep you accountable all the while being professional, efficient, caring, attentive, and above all friendly, you've found your PT.
