I received the jacket this morning after delays but the jacket is very nice and my husband loves it. The only reason for the three star rating was the lack of communication and inability to get an answer via email or phone.

I received what I had ordered in good condition it is the product itself that I was dissatisfied with. The leather was thinner than expected which makes the jacket undesirable for riding.

This was my second purchase. I bought the red and black "Brando" jacket. It arrived about 2 weeks after I ordered it and it is pretty nice! It's comfortable and the quality of leather is excellent. I'm happy.

The jacket was too small. By about 4 sizes. This is the second time I ordered jackets online. Likely made in Asia somewhere. They make everything too small. Then too return it comes with a big price at the post office. The jacket itself is ok...it doesn't feel like real leather. So likely not..it doesn't smell like real leather so likely not. I will not buy clothing on Facebook again. Will be selling on ebay...

I have returned my item purchased from you and have not yet received refund on my AmEx card. Please do so or I will have to contact AmEx to investigate and contact you. Terrible customer service.

Great service and jacket

The jacket took 22 days to arrive, but I’m actually ok with that, I understand that the shipping companies are having difficulty with weather and covid. I’m disappointed in the jacket because it is supposed to be distressed leather, but isn’t, and looks nothing like the picture. It just looks like any other boring jacket on the market. The leather doesn’t feel as thick and rugged as the distressed jacket I ordered last year from Lexther. It was the one with the Harley colored orange stripes on the sleeves. I won’t take a chance on another jacket again because I won’t know what I’ll get.

The jacket showed within the time from I had expect.I love the jacket!Great quality too,and I may purchase another one from them.The only reason I'm only given it three stars instead of five is because right out of the package a button was broken.The button was still in the package,just broken and no longer attached to the jacket.Do hopefully I can find a replacement button

Product as described. Prompt shipping. Soft leader and great product. Real leather too, it does have that unmistakable leather aroma.

I bought the “Vintage Racer Brown Genuine Handmade Leather Jacket.” This jacket looks good, is tough (I fell off my bike with it on and the leather didn’t rip through; it protected my skin), it’s surprisingly very warm, yet somehow also comfortable to wear when it’s sunny too. This jacket is perfect; never change it. They’d get 5 instead of 4 stars if when I bought a second jacket they didn’t take over five weeks to refund me.

I received my order in a timely manner, however the jacket I received was a returned item from someone else. Was not expecting a used item.

Took awhile to come

I would give them no stars if it gave me the option, this company is a joke. No one from customer service ever answers the phone nor respond to my emails. I ordered a jacket. I have no information on tracking or even if they have shipped or if this company is fake. What I do know is that they have taken my money and if I don't have my jacket by this week I am reporting them to the BBB as well as calling the news. I just want my jacket. Not a good experience with this company at all!!
