They went above and beyond. The jacket was too small so they took it back and sent a larger one without hassle. It's a really nice jacket. If need be you can send measurements and they will custom make you a jacket.

Nice jacket! Material and comfort is great! Only complaint is that the look was misleading. It's not really the color and texture that's shown in the picture

Took forever to get the jacket. I take a large, the jacket wasn't anything close to a large.

The sizes are made to small For a full size men

I had a good experience. Although the cut of the coat was tighter than i thought so i would suggest the next size up when ordering or maybe just that jacket fits that way? Anyway, the sizes may rin smaller than average but a nice coat overall. Looks quality and stylish. My delivery time was perfect less than 2 weeks.

Amazing Customer service! had an issue with my address they went above and beyond to make sure my Husbands coat made it here.

Coat is a 4 x and is no where near fitting me. $200 down the drain. No more online purchases from me. Took forever to get it here. I am no way going to try and return it as that will cost more in shipping and they will never make it right anyway. Like I said No more online purchases for this guy.

If I could give this company a negative 5, I would. I ordered January 9th a leather jacket online. It stated 5-8 days for shipping. As of the 19th of January, I heard nothing. No tracking, update, no info. I reached out constantly through chat and email and phone. I got nowhere with my order. I requested to cancel on the 19th of January through all options of contact which the company emailed they would give me $10 off for my inconvenience to keep the order. I said no. Then they offered $20, I said no. Then they offered $40 off.. Again, I said no. I just wanted my full refund back for now I don't trust this company or its product. I have been told several lies, waited over 24hrs for a chat response, was told I would get phone calls but did not until a much later date. I got an email after reaching out asking when was my order canceled and was told on the 28th of January.. Just got a text today the 3rd of February that my order was canceled. This is the worse company I have ever had to deal with buying clothing items. They are very unprofessional and the customer service is ridiculous. I kept telling them I will let others know if my experience with this company and that's what I'm doing.. Buyers beware. I have several emails and chat photos of my communication with this company and text. I will never deal with this company again.

Service was great! Shipping is kinda on the slow side but well worth it on arrival. I didn't really have any interactions with customer service and that's a good thing. I ordered and received 2 really nice leather jackets. I have my eye on a few more.

The bag was used once for a one night trip and the mechanism holding the strap on ripped off. I contacted the company but no one responded. This is the second bag i purchased from them. Both for my son. He explained that the other larger duffle I gave him for his birthday is defective as well. The outside flap has 2 negative magnets so, does not close securly. I guess you get what you pay for.

Our initial order took a long time (over 4 weeks) to get to us - and unfortunately it was the wrong size (labeled as XL, but measurements matched M on the size chart). The Lexther team was very responsive and worked with us to get the wrong item returned and a replacement, in the correct size, sent. The coat is good quality and my husband loves it.
