The material was appropriate and I felt like I learned a lot. The instructors were great and made it fun.
I loved the course my only issue is it went a little fast on the math for me but iv always have had troubles with math
The educational materials are excellent. I want to give you 5 stars, but the days were too long and too much information to digest.
As I attended the tour, I experienced honesty, integrity and openness. it gave more on how the jot all the eyes, and cross all of the T's/ moreover, it told how to connect the dot, and how to be committed.
For me the class gave the information in a clear and informative way and ingaged everyone and their different levels of experience and skills.

Be on a time. It’s very important to be on time .The note taking starts soon as you come into class. Take Notes!! Listen very closely and follow along bring lots of energy. I have no experience in real estate after the training I felt like a pro.
Attendance while also being mobile made it all possible to get things done and the instructors were very well versed, thereby making the 3 day classes a successful venture.

The hands on learning was invaluable. The content was exactly what I needed. Just don't recommend taking a taxi from the airport as it costs over $200.
They misrepresent themselves, carefully conceal important details, and do not deliver on promises given. I would not recommend this to anyone.
